Pre bookable tickets

We have developed a website and will be running an Online ticket booking system which will require visitors to give details of their name, address, mobile number and e-mail. This will not be shared in accordance with GDPR guidance however we may need to contact you for purposes of Covid Track and Trace.

Visitors will choose an available time slot and book their ticket, one per car at a cost of £10 which will then be redeemed against their pumpkin purchases.

We will have a one way entry and exit system and limit available ticket numbers per time slot to ensure social distancing can be maintained.

There will be hand sanitise stations throughout and we encourage visitors to please use these on arrival and upon exiting the premises.

Spider Climbing

Sidney, Cynthia and babies will be available for photo opportunities.

Selfie station

Pontac Farm is renowned for its engaging and pleasant staff who actively encourage groups to shout the loudest “Pumpkins!” as they pose for a photo taken by US. Unfortunately, this year staff will not be taking photos for our visitors however we will still have the selfie station in situ and would encourage visitors to take their own.

Cafe

Unfortunately, there will be no refreshment marquee this year. There will be toilet facilities on site.

Wheelbarrows

Previous visitors may have experienced times when there has been an influx which has resulted in them waiting for an available barrow. We have ordered more wheelbarrows to ensure there is one available per car. Each barrow will be sanitised after use and before visitors arrive for the next time slot.
